S34Y Family Logistics, operated by S34Y LLC, provides informational text messages for invited family members and caregivers.

Program and messages

Messages may include schedule reminders, activity changes, transportation requests, equipment coordination, assignment confirmations, and replies to logistics questions. Messages may be automated. This is not a marketing program.

Voluntary enrollment

To opt in, read the disclosures on the enrollment page, then text START from your own mobile phone to (712) 882-7528. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You must own the number or have authority to use it. Do not enroll another person's number. Participation is for invited family members and caregivers; minors should participate only with a parent or guardian's permission.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. S34Y does not charge a separate fee to participate in this private pilot. Your mobile carrier's charges and terms apply.

Stop, restart, and help

Text STOP to (712) 882-7528 to unsubscribe. After activation, you may receive a final opt-out confirmation; further program messages will stop. To opt in again, review the current disclosures and text START. Text HELP for assistance, or contact d@s34y.com for support or privacy requests.

Activation and availability

Routine SMS messaging has not launched. Carrier approval and live testing are pending. Enrollment instructions describe the intended launch process. Reminders and automated replies are not currently guaranteed to operate. S34Y will confirm activation directly with invited participants. The support email is available during setup.

Delivery and responsibility

Messages can be delayed, filtered, or undelivered. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Independently confirm important schedule changes and transportation assignments. The service is not for emergencies; contact emergency services directly when needed.

Privacy and changes

See our Privacy Policy for how information and consent are handled. We may update these terms and will provide appropriate notice of material program changes. Existing consent does not extend to an unrelated messaging program.
